Week 9: 11-3 Spread 9-5-0
Week 10: 8-6  Spread 9-4-1

Bengals 5-4 @ Ravens 7-3 BAL-3.5
A powerhouse battle. The Ravens are getting banged up but will be able to run against the Bengals. I’d expect Joe Burrow to be able to throw the ball even with a banged up roster of his own. This should be fist-fight.
Pick: Ravens, Bengals cover

Steelers 6-3 @ Browns 6-3 CLE-1
I don’t actually care that Watson is out for this game. The Browns are at home and the Steelers still haven’t out gained a team in yardage this season. Now they’re playing what might be the top defense in the league.
Pick: Browns cover

Bears 3-7 @ Lions 7-2 DET-7.5
Justin Fields should be back and that could be interesting. The Lions defense might be a problem but I’m not sure the Bears can stop Detroit’s offense.
Pick: Detroit, Bears cover

Chargers 4-5 @ Packers 3-6 LAC-3
Looked like a good game preseason.
Pick: Chargers cover

Raiders 5-5 @ Dolphins 6-3 MIA-13.5
Fins beat bad teams, Raiders are 1-4 on the road. Is that a good enough reason to pick them to win?
Pick: Miami, Raiders cover

Giants 2-8 @ Commanders 4-6 WSH-8.5
Washington has lost 6 of 8. They’re not getting crushed and Sam Howell leads the league in passing attempts, completions and passing yards. He’s 5th in passing yards. He’s also been sacked 47 times, 14 more than Zack Wilson who is #2 on the list. The Giants offense is lost, but the defense might keep it low and close.
Pick: Commanders, Giants cover

Cowboys 6-3 @ Panthers 1-8 DAL-10.5
Prescott is rolling bad teams.
Pick: Cowboys cover

Titans 3-6 @ Jaguars 6-3 JAX-7
I picked the Jags to win and cover -3 against the 49ers off a bye last week. How stupid. Strong points have been made about the Jags defenseive improvements but the offense has moved from cooling to cold and Lawrence is part of the problem. They 2-3 at home. Titans are 0-5. Levis isn’t experience enough at this point to be dangerous against a good defense on the road.
Pick: Jags, Titans cover

Cardinals 2-8 @ Texans 5-4 HOU-5
Kyler Murry vs CJ Stroud is quietly a top-5 game on the slate. Cards obviously have a light roster and they’re getting banged up. CJ Stroud should carve up one of the least-talented but feisty defenses in the league. Murry looked good and fast in his first game in almost a year. I think the Texans defense is slightly better and pulls the home victory.
Pick: Texans, Cards cover

Buccaneers 4-5 @ 49ers 6-3 SF-11.5
SF looks refreshed after a week off and ready to stifle the Buc who are 15th in passing offense behind Mayfield but 31st in the run. CMC will take advantage of a missed TD opportunity last week.
Pick: 49ers cover

Jets 4-5 @ Bills 5-5 BUF-7
Oh how the Bills have fallen. Can we expect them to hold off the Jets? Allen isn’t playing much different than years past but questionable throws have been punished with damaging turnovers. Stephan Diggs has been pissed for a while now. If NY can move the ball on the ground enough, the fall will be quick and hard.
Pick: Bills, Jets cover

Seahawks 6-3 @ Rams 3-6 SEA-1
Stafford is expected back off the bye week. Seattle is rested as well. All the key guys are banged up for LA and the Hawks are the better squad right now.
Pick: Seahawks cover

Vikings 6-4 @ Broncos 4-5 DEN-2.5
Broncos are starting to roll with three straight wins. The turnover margin has been +8 over those games. They’ve also been outgained in two of those games. Wilson has thrown for less than 200 yards in five straight games but he’s posted a top-5 QB Rating on the season. The ground game has been solid. Denver is still a lot of smoke and mirrors but Dobbs hitting the road and altitude might be his first loss.
Pick: Broncos cover

Eagles 8-1 @ Chiefs 7-2 KC-2.5
KC’s offensive line issues will face issues. The defense will have an opportunity to flex against a better offensive team despite the Eagles sluggishness at times. KC fought through sickness two weeks ago and won in Germany against the Dolphins on Sunday. Philly has taken down the Dolphins, Cowboys, and Commanders on the road the past three weeks. I just feel better about the Eagles right now.
Pick: Eagles!
