Recent album release that I’ve been excited to dive into include Big SeanDetroit 2Bryson TillerAnniversaryYGMy Life 4Hunnid21 Savage and Metro Boomin’s sophomore collaboration album Savage Mode IIWiz KhalifaThe Saga of Wiz KhalifaSmoke DZAHomegrownA$AP FergFloor Seats IIMachine Gun KellyTickets To My Downfall (SOLDOUT)Westside GunnWHO MADE THE SHUNSHINENasThe King’s Disease and Trey SongzBack Home. I’ve included some of my favor cuts off of each after a few listens.

Tory Lanez release DAYSTAR after his recent time in the headlines involving allegations of shooting Megan Thee Sallion in the foot. The project is a full-length 17 track project, but it is probably his worst work-to-date. He addresses the allegations in multiple tracks, so I’m not sure if he rushed half of a project to completion to push the project out or if just through an entire album together entirely. There are a few decent tracks, but it’s mostly….boring. The collective Internet Money dropped a giant collaboration project several weeks back and I found it quite enjoyable. Several tracks are included.

It looks like the new “cool” think to do is re-releasing classic albums with a few new tracks added on. That being said, Lil Wayne re-released Tha Carter V (Deluxe) and included What About Me (feat. Post Malone) which has been a leak floating around for a while and Bryson Tiller also re-released Trapsoul (Deluxe) and included Rambo (Last Blood) with a feature by The Weeknd. I’ve included both tracks.

Fletcher released an alternative of her single Bitter with vocalist Trevor Daniel to provide a male contrast to the track. Her sophomore EP/Album release THE S(EX) TAPES  is somewhat of a letdown as it doesn’t show off her full vocal range (and it’s a brief 7 tracks). Sasha Sloan has released several new singles recently with Is It Just Me? being the most recent. I don’t know that Machine Gun Kelly has ever been been given credit, but what he’s able to do with his sound is impressive. His last album Hotel Diablo was definitely more rap and pop and Tickets to My DownFall is an awesome rock-pop-punk sound. It has a nostalgic Blink-182/New Found Glory mid-2000’s feel in places. I’m not sure the album has a skip.
